Chikamori and Kunoh began their collaboration as a media products group “minim++” in 2000. They produced many interactive works using toys and child's play as motifs and their works have been featured internationally in such venues as Ars Electronica, SIGGRAPH, Centre Pompidou and Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography etc.

Yasuaki KAKEHI
1979 Born in Kyoto Kakehi received his PhD degree in Interdisciplinary Information Studies from the University of Tokyo in 2007. Now he is a lecturer of Keio University. Developed various real-world-oriented interactive media, and created media art works based on the innovative technologies. His works have been presented at exhibitions such as SIGGRAPH and the Japan Media Arts Festival and he has got a lot of awards including NHK Digital Stadium Grand Prix in 2004.

2003 Graduated in department of imaging arts and science , Musashino Art University
Ohara worked for Musashino Art University as research assistant until 2008. She began to join plaplax as animator in 2004 and has been a regular plaplax member since 2008.
Produced animation works and installations that based on principles of image, visual devices and mechanism of movement knowledge.
